How to book an appointment?

How do I secure an appointment?

Please select your services then you will be asked to provide a £10 deposit for your selected time slot. Once the funds have cleared you will receive an email confirming your appointment. The cost of your deposit will be deducted from the final bill. 

Why do I have to pay a deposit?

We require a non refundable deposit to guarantee that you will attend your appointment. If you are not able to attend your appointment please contact us 72 hours before your appointment to reschedule. Cancellations and no shows will not be refunded. 

 Extra guest? 

We have a no extra guest policy. 


Please ensure you hair is detangled and ready to be styled. Unclean hair will be charged to wash and blow dry (£25) and tangled hair will be charged to detangle (£10). Please understand that this is non-negotiable as dirty hair will ruin hair tools. 

Return policy? 

We offer a no refund policy 

Late arrivals? 

If you are more than 10 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and offered to another client. This will result in loss of your deposit fee.
