Refund policy

We offer a 7-day return policy. Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and packaging

This excludes the following:

• Hair extensions without the bundle wrap/ damaged packaging/ unravelled packaging/ combed out curl pattern 
• Unsealed hair products 

RETURN BY POST

• Email us at hello@enhancedbyhair.com to request a refund and state the reason.
• You will be responsible for postage costs, please ensure you send your parcel via recorded delivery. We will not be responsible for loss or custom fees.
• Once we have received the hair extension we will inspect it thoroughly to make sure the returns requirements are met.
• All refunds will be subject to 5% processing fee.
